- How do I book an appointment?
- All appointments are booked online through our scheduling system. You can choose your stylist, see live availability, and get an instant text confirmation. Walk-ins are welcome for retail and boutique shopping.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Color, extension, and Brazilian Blowout services require a non-refundable deposit at booking that is applied to your service total. You'll see the deposit at checkout when you book online.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service. See our full policies page for details.
- How should I prep for a spray tan?
- Shave and exfoliate the night before, arrive with clean skin (no lotion, deodorant, or makeup), and wear loose dark clothing. After the tan, avoid water, sweat, and tight clothing for 8–12 hours. We'll send full aftercare with your confirmation.
- Do I need a consultation for color or extensions?
- Yes — for any major color change, balayage, full highlight, or hair extension service, we offer a free consultation so we can plan the look, time, and pricing together before your appointment.
- What products do you use?
- We curate clean, professional lines for color, skincare, lashes, and spray tan solutions. Every product on our shelf is tested by the team first — if we wouldn't put it on a guest, it doesn't make the cut.
- Do you offer wellness services?
- Yes — alongside hair, skin, and tans, we offer physician-guided Rx weight loss, peptides, and HRT through our telehealth partner, plus infrared sauna with red light therapy. See the Wellness page for details.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes — digital gift cards are available through our online booking system and are valid for any service or boutique purchase.
- Are children welcome?
- We love kids and offer children's cuts. For longer color, lash, or wellness services, we ask that children not in the appointment stay home so we can give every guest the calm experience they came for.
