Before You Arrive
How to prep
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Free parking is available right at the studio — 1101 KY 716, Ashland, KY.
- Spray tans: exfoliate and shave 12–24 hours ahead, skip lotion, deodorant, and makeup the day of, and bring loose dark clothing plus flip-flops.
- Color & hair: come with dry, product-free hair unless told otherwise, and bring photo inspiration.
- Lashes: arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid caffeine right before your appointment.
- Facials: pause retinoids and exfoliating acids for 3–5 days beforehand.
Good to Know
Deposits & cancellations
- A $50 deposit is due at booking on select services and applies to your service total.
- Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid additional charges. Cancelling inside 24 hours forfeits the deposit.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or cancel your appointment and can incur a charge.
- Repeated cancellations require prepayment in full before booking again.

How do I book a hair or color appointment?+
Hair and color visits are booked directly with your stylist rather than online, so they can plan the right amount of time for your service. Call or text the studio at 606-989-2189 and we'll connect you with your stylist.
How do I book a facial?+
Facials are booked directly with your esthetician. Call or text 606-989-2189, or reach out to your provider, and we'll get you scheduled and let you know how to prep.
Why aren't hair and facial visits online?+
Those services are customized to your hair or skin, so timing and pricing vary. A quick conversation first means your appointment is scheduled with the right length and provider.
