Come to sauna or IV appointments already hydrated — 16–20 oz of water an hour beforehand makes the session more comfortable and the results last longer.

Our studio sits at 1101 KY 716 in Ashland, Kentucky — a quiet pocket of the Tri-State minutes from the AK Steel exit, with easy, free parking right at the door. Walk-ins are welcome for retail; services are by appointment so every guest gets the time the work deserves.
