Online orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Ashland, KY studio via USPS or UPS Ground.

Free standard shipping on orders $50+. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Local pickup is free — choose pickup at checkout and we'll text you when your order is ready.

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, but we'll happily exchange them for store credit if there's a reaction or fit issue — just email info@rootandritual.us with a photo.

Final sale items and BodyHealth supplements (fulfilled by our affiliate partner) are not eligible for return through Root & Ritual.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

If multiple cancellations are made then upfront prepayment will be required before booking future appointments.

If you no call / no show your appointment then you will be charged 100% of your service total.

A $50 deposit will be due at booking and will go towards your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice then you forfeit your deposit.

A card will now be required on file to secure all bookings.

Our Rx weight loss, peptide, and HRT programs are prescribed and managed by licensed clinicians through our telehealth partner, Dosevana.

All prescriptions require evaluation and approval by a licensed provider. Treatment is not guaranteed, and pricing is confirmed during your consult.

Refunds and ongoing care for Rx programs are governed by Dosevana's terms, not by Root & Ritual.

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order or service — name, email, phone, shipping address, and (for wellness) intake info collected by Dosevana.

We never sell your data. We use email only to send transactional updates and, if you opt in, occasional offers and studio news.
